hey, the uscis site says that you can do it via uscis.gov -> inbox -> select the case to expedite, but only my closed cases are shown in the case dropdown. after trying to reach out to uscis for a month trying to figure this out, I got lucky by uploading my proof as unsolicited evidence to my case I wanted to expidite, then calling and speaking to a tier 2 agent. It’s a totally complicated process.
