Expediting a case doesn’t have an impact on the outcome of the case. Case is decided based on your documents & your story.

@august 2022 I am Aug filler too it’s good to wait since it close to approval time!! lawyer will charge you unnecessary by the time they decide about you request if would already time for approval even they approved your request that doesn’t mean they will not take time in making decision on your expedite request

@Aug filler 2022 yess that’s true!! but I’ve seen some people on here that are still waiting since January/February 2022 :( I feel like it’s taking so long 😭

Expedite request has nothing or any impact on your case because it will be reviewed and approved or denied before even sent to the officer in charge of your case. If you feel you have genuine and sincere reasons to expedite then do it, you can go through Representative or Senator as well.

there is no negative impact. People have expedited and got approved. Go through your congressman or woman's office since the lawyers have a negative opinion. You don'tneed that energy. plus they might collect your money and do a shabby job just to show you they're right.

@Miii Maself I was thinking about that too, I don’t want any negative energy from them. it’s been a long wait and we don’t need that for sure! I’ll look into doing it by myself. thank you!!
