expedite request #vawa
i spoke to the congressman represenative today. i wanted to make an expedite request for my work permit ,they told me just because i filedI360, i485 and my i765 together im gonna have to wait for my work permit for at least 10 months because of the pending i485 is that true?

@louis calvert because i got evicted with my 4 year .old kid since april 15th .i dont have anywhere to go with her.and i wanted to expedite my i765 so i can at least get my EAD to start working

my lawyer also told me 10 months.. this is my 10th month with nothing yet...
