expedite request
anyone ever submitted at expedite request and was it approved? what were your reasons to ask for an expedition and how long did it take to get a response. I submitted one under humanitarian reasons. and it’s been almost 3 weeks now & no response

like 5 times. humanitarian reasons. my lawyer made a whole case for us, psych evaluation and everything. denied everytime pretty quickly, within the week ha😅 lawyer has also submitted 3 ombudsman requests, and our congressman has sent his 4th congressional inquiry. nothing has worked for us. hope for a different outcome for you guys! good luck🍀

it took a mi th for mine to be reviewed but they are suppose to go faster now. first and send request based on Humanitarian Reasons and Financial Hardship were denied.

I submitted one (humanitarian reason) through congressman on March 18 and got approved on April 7! just received the AP in the mail yesterday. hope you hear back soon!

@Harjinder singh yes I had my grandma get a doctors letter. they took about 3 weeks to approve it!
