it was government/humanitarian reason! my husband is leaving for 6 months in June to another country…

3 American kids all I need to drive them to go appointments one have pre diabetic, have deficit attention and lot things about it my husband is citizen is been so stress all this situation for him as well since I can’t work and do nothing to help him he have serious problem now anxiety, and others things could cause heart attack and me I don’t have DL to drive them to school and doctors appointments every day expound me in the traffic because polices don’t care about it if I’m in the process or no

@andressa I understand how frustrating it can be as they didn’t approve and you’re struggling a lot… if I were you I definitely just try to get the correct legitimate documentation such as medical certificates or anything that could help make your case worthy of expedite in USCIS eyes.

definitely I will do that because I didn’t send nothing just by phone and she writing everything , my daughters are veey scared to that something will happen with me and I will be arrested without a drive license they are already growing up with this in their heads this is not life no life 🥺😢😢😢😢

our expite request was approved in 2 days however its been 2 weeks no updates after that

my expedite got approved after the 4th try, but it's been 13 days with no updates or case approval.

@sara Ahmed yes I used financial loss, my husband didn't work since July 2021, I was placed on leave without pay in Jan 22 and formally got laid off on 03/31. So there has been 0 income in our household since January, now we lost our medical benefits, this is so stressful for my 6th EAD renewal....

@Andressa yes at least they were nice about it and seem to understand. I’m positive that you would have a better chance in expedite approval if you showed documentation. if not then maybe try expediting again.. I know some people it worked after many tries…
