congrats @ Nick. how do I apply to expedite my case . my i130 has been approved since July 2021. my i485 still pending and it’s been showing interview was scheduled. 2nd interview was in July . & September 1 I was scheduled for another finger print. I also applied to renew my ead, that’s still pending. pls tell me how to expedite a case

I raised an expedite request for EAD. You can raise expedite requests for Advanced Parole and i-485 too. In my case, I cited personal financial loss. USCIS emailed me asking for evidence from my company. my company gave me a letter that once my visa expires I cannot work. I faxed this to USCIS and they appoved my expedite request.

Hi Yash, The format of the letter should be to the point. xxx is ur petition end date. Beyond this date company will termimate you or place you on Leave without Pay depending on ur situation. Attach ur personal expenses such as bills, rent statements, insurance bills, utility bills, etc. Best of luck, Yash.
