Everything is based on timing. Just be patient and trust God.

v g, have you tried to get a status update through Emma?

did your case was updated to show that they received your expedite request?

i submitted expedite request for EAD since July 2, up to now, no response. I requested Tier 2 call back already but I am not receiving call for 2 weeks already.

@MiTy 1 yes I did and it would say that they received it and still working on it. nothing helpful

@ v g maybe that’s a good sign… I submitted my request on 7-8 & was given a target date of a reply by 7-15. I contacted the Emma chat atleast once a week and got “it’s pending”. Then on 8-3 I contacted Emma (guess I got a nice agent) and was told that on 7-23 they sent me an email for an RFE (but I did not receive an email) so all of those agents I chatted with no one told me about the email until August 3rd. Now today I checked I’m told to wait 3O more days and to expect a call by September 3rd from a tier 2 agent….so maybe that’s a good sign and they are processing your case fingers crossed for you & us all.

@MiTy 1 did you ask for a call back from tier 2 agent? or it was suggested by the agent on chat? I have been trying to chat with emma but everytime they end the chat by saying, you case is still pending and assigned to officer

@Sonal C, it was suggested by the agent & I had several agents just disconnect me as well
