how many days did it change from expedite approve to card being produced? I got an ead expedite approval today. I got the same message on the approval.

yes,they have 45 days to make a decision but it’s weird bc everyone gets in few days.That’s why I’m thinking that mine can be denied.Sorry.Let’s stay positive.

@kj from what I understand its 45 days from the time you filed for the expedite for them to make a decision. it's nearing 30 days for me since I filed it

@kj, I filed mine 09/01 then they approved it 09/21 then it's still a waiting game. it's been a week.

my attorney said that it never happens,after the approval the card is shipped within 48hours.Texas Service Center.

@Tasha after the expedite request approval,you’re supposed to have the card in few days.No more than a week.

@kj, mine is at NBC so I'm not really sure how long it takes. @tasha, I waited for 20 days before they approved it and I asked my senator's case worker to inquire on my behalf.
