there’s a lot of reasons it’s really a case by case decision. it can be medical, financial, military, giving birth soon, need help from your petitioner, humanitarian reasons… there’s a lot

it needs to be legitimate though… it can’t just be like oh I wanted faster so I’ll invent something. 90% of the time they ask for legitimate proof and even so a lot get denied.

I expedited multiple times with job offer, financial loss and even humanitarian reasons. Yet all denied 🙃

2 days ago I had an appointment with local UCIS. my mom right know is having a serious heart disease (arterial hypertension) so I showed reason about my mom. they said they gonna either approve or deny during 24 hours. now I am waiting for UCIS mail. by the way, for my mom I showed the following documents: - Proof of birth certificate (translated into English with notarius) - Proof of Doktor’s diagnosis - Receipts of status (pending, fingerprints)
