it's for I-130

I made 5 expedite requests for my I-485 and they denied all of them. Any tips to get them to approve my expedite request?

@L A we got 2 expedite denials using Emma live and uscis email request. Asked help with our congressman and uscis denied the first request. 2nd request of our congressman (they attached recent medical docs from my doctor) we got the approval.

JM that is very weird they usually upload on your documents. I am sorry

@ L A you must have very good reasons to expedite I-485. it is very hard and the approval rate is less than 1% I think on i-1485 expedite. people expedite I-765 and I-130 all the time though

Immigration is tough. The senator's office did the first expedite request and they denied it. The visa bulletin is not going anywhere, so I don't know how long I will have to wait. it's frustrating.

@JM pls how long did it take to approve your expedite request since after it was received? mine says ‘received’ for over 29days now, don’t know when it will be approved

I have seen some cases take up to 63 days before getting adjudication on an approved expedited case

@J M, I also requested for my I-130 to be expedited, they responded and asked me to send evidence and gave me only 48hrs to send it in. I requested for medical reports from the hospital where my mom is back home, and I was only sent 2 documents, 1 was the doctor stating her condition in a lame man’s understanding, and the other was just a test of her urea and creatinine. I also got pictures of her current state, my husband also wrote a letter too. Do you think that is convincing enough to them? what documents did you give them, I’m scared mine isn’t enough? Please I need your response.

@Ada A I sent medical certificate from doctor. I think it will still depend on the officer that will review your docs. I got denied 3 times.
