Congratulations! My PD is April 2023. I filed I-485 and I-765 on first week of October, 2024. I received my EAD on November 2024. Do you think is it okay to reach out to the state congressman at this point?

@mdk am I guess your PD is April, 2023. I was worried about my current EAD expiring soon. That is why I reached out to the congressional rep. I am sure decision for your case could be coming soon.

@mdk am no, i485 normal processing time could take up to a year.

@Ahmed Ah RFE was about Birth certificate. I was on starting my OPT STEM extension when I140 was approved and currently my I485 was approved a few days to the end of my STEM extension.

@olu mikk OHIO. I think my approval was at the NBC...

i haven’t recived my EAD. it has been 7 months . i hope i get 485 before it

@Ay Og I reached out to Congressman. You can find their contacts and serviced from their website. I reached out via email and they advised me accordingly!
