Hi R M - My 140 was approved on August 30 2022 and the case was filed concurrently meaning I-140, I-131, I-765,I-485 all filed together on October 15 2021

Thank you S K. Yes as per Emma agent the case was transferred to San Fernando Valley field office which was not my local FO.

Congratulations! do you remember when it was transferred to the non-local field office?

They did not provide that information when I asked this question they ended the chat. However when I checked 2 weeks ago agent said that the case was in NBC. so I guess it should have been transferred during this time. Agent replied to my question about the non field office, She said it doesn’t matter, if your case need an interview then non local FO will further transfer your case to your local FO

when did you send the medical exams?

Summer, I submitted the medical exam at the time of concurrently filing the case which is 15 Oct 2021

you will be receiving physical green card about 9to 12days after case was approved status .mine took 9days dependent card took 16days .

congratulations @True Dreamz I have few questions how much time it takes as I got i140 and EAD approved in 3 months after applying I 485 the only change is your case is moved to new office and new office has jurisdiction no biometrics yet? do you know how can we find out when it will moved to field office ? or when biometric done ? or how much time it takes to adjudicate i485 after i140 approval my case number sartted numbers are src23900 eb1c
