Louis, after it was approved, I was approved on 20 December (my Noa 1 is from 8 March 2021) in January lousy to nvc the case number, but they said they still didn't have our case. they just communicated. and it could take 6 to 8 weeks. Do I explain? well, I'm still waiting for that number.

as far as I know uscis have 90 days to sent approved case to NVC. I got approved on 31 of January. I’m waiting for case number too. there’s a backlog in NVC too. try chat with agent in uscis website. ask them if they sent it or not .. I did mine and they said they haven’t.

MENUKA , Hi.
Where I find the option for chat with the agent ?? my fiancé called about January 12 to order the number to the nvc. and they said they didn't have my case yet. if you help me with the option for chat with an agent, so I can try that way. Since I call my country I get an eye out of my face ahahahah.

and it also depends on beneficiary county.. if that country have backlog NVC won’t process a case .
