my PD is 8 june 2022 and based in Houston as well. which country are you from? and my bio was done in may 2026 but still no ead or anything.

it depends, seems like a total pause on EADs for most. but some get it within reasonable amount of times. I know for marriage based the majority don’t get EAD

just got my opt EAD approval on the 23rd July 2026 applied February 2026 -Houston (from the 39 ban)

Same, my husband and I did bio in 05/2026. Our PD is 04/01/2022. Nothing so far
