Entered on K1 awaiting response for 1-485
Hi, I entered on a K-1 visa at the end of September and applied for Form I-485 in December. I completed biometrics and submitted my RFE in February. My husband is in the military, Can anyone tell me how much longer I may have to wait before receiving another update on my case?

I'm from the Caribbean, applied for k1 dec 2023, got approved end of April 2024 and from there it depends on your country's consulate to get an appointment for the visa interview

Hi, i would like to ask If the husband is part of a military, will the k1 visa process be faster than the regular?cuz my fiance is in the military as well.Thank you!

sadly no it wasn't faster, nor is the process after. unless he have to pcs to a new state or country then there's a chance of it being expedited. I suggest have him reach out to the legal assistance office on post for more advice as he have access to that, that's something I wasn't aware of before starting the process.
