I called them they said I can't be transfer to trier 2 officer that I have to wait for 30 days this people don't care at all

you can ask for receipt number. the same thing happened to me and the agent put in a request to be mailed to me but he gave me my receipt number

I had to reapply, and my lawyer sent it express overnight, so I was able to receive the notice seven days later. One thing is the receipt notice plus the extension; now I think they only sent the receipt notice. If your work permit has expired, I don’t know how having the receipt number can help. Your lawyer should be the one helping but if you need it asap call them.
