I have. reason I am travelling which was burial. so I took the death certificate. but if u call them within 3days and no one calls u back, go to ur local uscis office and try see anyone u can talk to. the security wont allow u enter so u ve to wait till u see anyone u think works there and explain ur predicament…. I waited for info pass to call me for a week, no one did and I kept calling everyday till the day I went there which was two days prior to my trip. I met a kind lady in Baltimore and she scheduled me for the next day as it was almost closing hour… I got there on Friday and everyone was waiting for me! Aint that a God sent lady? I presented my documents and was given the permit and I travelled Sunday morning. returned on Wednesday and as I was arriving a got a call from uscis that I called for Emergency parole… I just told them I don’t need their service anymore.

@me & you They give you the advance parole on the spot?

They approved my AP 2 months after filling it. I expedited it. Financial loss and humanitarian reasons (familiar surgery). They accepted the evidence on July 3 and approved it on July 5. Waiting for the document to be produced.

@Kanye East yes they did

Call uscis and schedule info pass, an officer will call (not guaranteed from what I’ve been seeing here lately), tell them you want to get advance parole due to (whatever your situation is). They will schedule you to go to your local office or you can try your luck as @me & you mentioned. Make sure you go with the right document (form I-131 (incase you have a pending one, go with the receipt), document to show why you are traveling (incase of a family member death, you’ll need the death certificate and relationship proof with the person,) your international passport, passport photograph). If you can mention the reason for the trip, I and others can advise on what specific documents you’ll need to present
