Emma Chat
Is it just me or why is Emma Chat not working? Usually i opened the Chat and either said "Live Chat" or "speak to a Representative" and it immediately connected me. Since about 2 weeks it's only showing me ways how to contact USCIS. I just wanna know where my case is!

yeah it happened to me. don’t waste your time on it an call them . always try to call early morning you will get them with out waiting

I can give you a tip, if you know how to speak spanish, select that language on Emma chat and then write live agent…. it will work, I found out that asking for live agent in English it takes you to an information page only.
