please ,has anyone used the Emergency Travel Document for re entry successfully recently?
I just lost my Mum and I can’t help but travel down …
I’m not thinking straight ,please if you have used this recently,let me know …

call USCIS and ask for info pass & they will ask you. what was the reason. and explain your situation ok sorry for your loss

@fL kA I did .was told I will be called back in 72hours ..I just wanted to know if it’s safe to travel ..Would I be allowed back ..no criminal record or even speeding ticket ..

I did but that was 4 years ago and I had no issues coming back. Time different now. you have to weigh your options and decide.

@lex lex I want to understand what you mean by would you be allowed back in. yes with travel document call Advanced parole which you should be getting from USCIS office or Stamp on your passport.
