@seng dhiva emergency travel documents are issued at the field office, also they are good for one time entry not to exceed 30 days. I’ve had one cost some $600+ Hope this helps

@Flower 🌷 i don’t understand why some people scare others. Because when they say that it’s not even safe to travel with a green card, then what’s the point of having a green card? Just to work? On top of that, I’ve had advance parole since 2022 and I’ve used it all the time without any problems. I don’t know why some people go around scaring others. Your point doesn’t make sense, because you say you can’t travel without a green card, but then you also say it’s not safe to travel with one. So what’s the point of traveling? What’s the point of even having a green card then? That doesn’t mean anything, that makes no sense at all.

so it will be valid for 30 days I believe, they will schedule you in 3 days and will give you the documents at the office on your visit. you’ll need to attend to an interview and explain them your reason. Mine was smooth and I was approved right away. I am not sure why people are encouraging you to not travel, I’d definitely travel if I am having family issues. Do not listen to anyone, if needed just go

@Rony R it seems like you are not living in the USA now and you are livibg in your own world. I’m just wondering if you don’t know what’s going on with the whole country and immigration. it’s your choice to travel or not, but I don’t live in illusion. moreover, I am able to analyze a current situation in this country especially with people who don’t have the citizenship and how a lot of immigrants with GC have not stable immigration status here. you should wake up and look at the facts sometime. Even if you go to your country then nobody guarantees you that border security (immigration) would allow you to get in the country. NOBODY. you just put yourself at the risk.
