emergency advance parole
My grandpa passed away on 8/13 & I requested emergency Advanced Parole to attend his funeral but they gave me an appointment until 8/30. They already had his funeral but they will be having another memorial service for the ones that couldn’t attend & also we’re trying to fix up his grave. Has anyone had any experiences were emergency advance parole was granted even though they already buried him? I have the death certificate and proof of relationship.

as long as they give you the advance parole u good to go . and u have enough evidence so u good

my current immigration status is pending I-485, petitioned by US citizen husband. I have my work permit but I have not received my advance parole.
