Current I-526 application typically takes around 2 or more years to process even if you applied in rural set aside, while the I-765 and I-131 are usually completed within approximately 4 months (120 days), so you should expect those approvals sooner.

Hi, Rural TEA, receipt date 2nd week of August 2025. I-526E approved in the 1st week of January 2026 ( less than 5 months). waiting for the rest to be approved

Filed concurrently on 02/21/2025. I-526E was approved in July 2025. I-485 still pending as of 08/25/2026. Got a notification today saying that it was transferred to another centre. There’s been a bulk transfer of EB-5 cases from CSC to TCS. don’t know what it implies
