most likely it’s rfe for medical.

@a l if you live in Texas and your case goes to Chicago FO, USCIS doesn’t expect you to catch a plane just for an interview.USCIS policy states interviews to be reasonably accessible, in your case its clearly not resonably accessible i.e multiple states away.

medical and there has been some changed on i485 questionare I think. We have to answer some additional questions that they recently added on i485 form which wasnt there when we filed the form back in 2022

@AOS EB3 Unskilled PD Aug 2021 if the rfe is from your non local FO, your interview is waived and you’ll be approved within 90-120 days of rfe submission.

lets hope so. I asked emma on interview and she said there is no interview waived or being interviewd on file

@AOS EB3 Unskilled PD Aug 2021 they can always transfer your case to the local FO and schedule for an interview. so dont rule out the interview just yet. you never know
