eb3 skilled, ROW
I have an approved I-140, with August 2023 priority date, EB3 skilled (nurses) ROW. My F1 I-120 will expire at the end of this year. If I need to renew it, can I use my personal bank statement from the income I made with CPT to apply for a new i-120? Also, when do you think my priority date will be current? Thanks

based on the current VB movement your PD will be current in 2027. I don’t know about the I-120.

If you got approved in August 2023 and your priority date is August 2023 you will need to wait for the next move in priority dates it will include your priority date. Most likely this month of March or at most April.
You can renew your I-20 with your funds regardless of the source
