congrats. case status doesn’t really say if it’s transferred to FO. have u ever checked with emma? My pd is 2/15/23 and being NBC quite while. so I want to knoe if they approve without transferring the case.

@K Lee Last time I checked with Emma case wasnt transferred, this was 2 weeks ago. hopefully you’ll hear soon! hang in there

where did you get notification? lawfully or case status of uscis website?

@f s Suprisingly I didnt get any notifications, just checked the status on myUSCIS and found that status updated to new card is being produced

I haven't received any notifications even tho I had it turned on in both MyUSCIS and Lowefully App. I was randomly checking when i saw the update this morning. Apparently my lawyer received an email with the new status as soon as it was updated, he chose to email me 5 hours later 😒

i refresh my uscis page every hour every day but its still at response to intial evidence received. my pd is 01/05/23 🥲

@K Lee my case status says Case Was Updated To Show Fingerprints Were Taken but my case was transferred to Raleigh NC non local FO back in July 2024 and still waiting
