no i just had emma chat. Case is at NBC which is so far good. Because Texas is bad luck centre. I hope dates move next month.

I would make a guess that its back to NBC until the dates change and your category becomes current. That's what they told me mines back at NBC.

i hope so. i am just concerned now when the dates will become available the process will be in new time cycle of waiting? or it will isse card as the status showing pending. i hope they issue card after dates available and hope to see some movements in September in dates.

I got case remains pending on July 6th. @Muhammad Hammad let us know when your case moved forward. I’m not sure what case remains pending even means. Spoke to USCIS twice and they don’t seem to know either. My category (EB1A) is current.

which country you from? eb1 is current why caee remain pending. you should contact congress of your locality.

field offic is West Palm beach florida but case is at NBC.

field office in Florida. they never transfer to field office it was there at NBC after texas transfer. If they need interview than they transfer. So far looks like interview waived. Because case status pending.

well, the priority date for this category got changed from being current to May,2019. I am in the same boat here but it seems that there may not be any new approvals until October when the new fiscal year begins

I received the RFE from Jacksonville, FL. That’s why I know my case was transfered from TSC to NBC and then to FO where issued the RFE

Lucas do you know what will happen once they receive the rfe? will they just hold it until your pd becomes current? Is that how it works?

@Lily My case status update to “case remains pending” after they received RFE. I have no idea what is next step. Just guess they either keep the case at FO or transfer back to NBC/ TSC to wait for the visa availability. The thing that I scared most is they transfer case back to blackhole TSC

thats my point. i did emma chat my case is at NBC. They didnt ask me RFE because i already submit my medicals so there is no point of RFE.

I think it will go back to NBC at least thats what an agent told me. Mine went there after they sent it to El Paso TX FO. I'm concerned about how long it will take to revisit cases that are sent back.

thats unfortunate for us. when they will touch and dates will get current or not it is stuck for 3 months so far.

I saw a case here which he was EB3-3 , his date was not current and he got approved.. So weird

Thats must be Eb3 skilled we are eb3 unskilled. Its not possible they are approved on Eb3 unskilled.

my eb3 unskilled case was approved during retrogression in June 2022. not sure if its uscis error or its valid approval. I already have green card in hand as well. Has anyone heard or faced similar issue?

Saw some approvals for EB3 unskilled in July from my country. Feels like the number is slightly less than in June, though.

@ES I got it during retrogression but I m worried now since some say it could be uscis error and they might ask the green card after some time. Is it possible for approvals during retrogression?

@JL he told me to just wait for now till they ask to return it and maintain my non immigrany status but my f1 is already terminated. I’ m also not sure if i can work using the green card that i have.
