do you have a job offer? what country are u from? you could apply for H1B but u must hv a job offer. alternatively you could come here on B1/B2 and look for a job , get job offer, then file I765, I485 etc.

I applied for TPS they haven’t approved me yet

ok-this on USCIS website: If you appear to be eligible following an initial review of your TPS application (i.e., “prima facie eligible”) you will receive an EAD while USCIS completes the adjudication of your TPS application, provided that you have applied for an EAD by filing Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization. so Killua if you have not applied for EAD yet-do it now.
