it’s very difficult anything to happen before 1 year (I mean all steps —> green card in hand), unless you have premium processing. If you start another petition, it also will take time and your EB petition is likely to be processed before the family based petition.

I was way too far into EB when I got married

I got married on Sept. 9 and EB was submitted on Sept. 29 with PD being April 7th so I thought this would be the fastest and stuck to it

my PD is April 7th and I filled the following on Sept 29 i140(approved)I765,i131, i485 biometrics done on Nov. 30 since then nothing. application center: LIN Nebraska

My current on is about to expire in 3 weeks. I tried expediting it once in Dec. (got denied) submitted another one last Tuesday waiting to hear back
