I filed via Chen Immigration. It's not exactly concurrent. But after 2 weeks of I-140, I have filed I-485 myself.

what was the RFE?

RFE was not about any specific details but asking about more evidence to establish advance proposed endeavor.

@Jennifer Yes I do. I have 2 first author publications and 6 2nd author. I have total citations around 130 at the time of filing. Most of them were actually dependent citations, only 10-12 were independent.

can I file i485 and i756 while i140 NIW is still processing?

yes @O A Yes, Sure! Either you do concurrent or later anytime. only risk is if your I-140 denied then everything will be denied automatically. But if I-140 approves then I-485 process going to be faster. Meanwhile I-765 approval keep you safe for your work permission even your visa expires.

they gave me 3 months to respond to the RFE but my lawyer said there is still another 60 days extension . Pls is it true that , response to RFE has additional extension of 60 days?

If you got your RFE before March 27th, due to pandemic, yes USCIS extends automatically 60 days period for RFE response. but nowadays its not true.

Actually I was wrong. USCIS Extends Existing COVID-19 Accommodations on RFEs, NOIDs, Appeals, and Other Responses Through July 25, 2022

it was written on my RFE that it will not be extended. that us why I am confused. Will this publication negate what they wrote on the RFE?

In my RFE also written same and I confirmed with attorney. They told me don't worry about that and It's gonna extend automatically these days. Yes this publication negate whatever written on the RFE.
