when did they transfer your case to NBC? did you get “case remains pending” status before approval?

@ Ryan - It was transferred to NBC on September 07 and "case remains pending" for near 14 days

@ Jazzy, - I did, first time it was 5 pages. When I responded to the RFE the response was already in a format where I pointed everything they were asking. Then, it was 10 pages.

@Edi, thanks for the info. I submitted for EB1-A, I included a 10-page petition letter but I didn't submit statement of proposed endeavor separately. No update yet on my application since April. My field is tech entrepreneurship

It is a good example of how to respond a RFE.
