Has anyone had an issue where they were initially denied for EB2-NIW after an RFE and had it later approved?

Option is appeal but rare to get approved. You can refile. Sorry about the denial

I have seen one person denied after an RFE but got an approval after refiling.

@Esther O apologies for late response, just respond to the RFE. if you have additional documents to proof your claims add them. Are you using a lawyer?
