EB2-NIW DECESIONS WITH REGULAR PROCESSING
Hello,
Are there decesions still coming under regular processing for EB2-NIW. I hav not heard any in the recent past. My pd is 17th June, 2024 and I guess people having pd of Jan 24 are still waiting for the decesion...

yeah the processing time is 2 years nowadays..

But I have not heard any decesion coming even after 2 years with regualr processing...only those who switch to premium processing are getting decesions...on the other hand, most of the atorneys are advising against the premium processing

I am still waiting and my PD is Feb 2024. I am still using the regular processing, as my attorney advised against the premium processing.

Becuz it is believed that PP triggers more RFEs specially recently under the current regime...

mine was approved on Sept 30, 2025, PD Jan 19, 2024, regular processing

My PD is Jul 24, 2025, regular processing. My lawyer recommend strongly against premium processing.
I’ve become current on Chart B. It’s a dilemma. We will probably have to file though our petition hasn’t been approved.
