Look for Oscar's green card in YouTube. He did it by his own and share valuable informations. He also has a premium service to help prospect applicants, for a small amount of money.

Ellis Porter did not accept my case because they wanted me to do NIW and charge extra for that. I did not see any point on that because my date was current and my case was strong. I went with wegreened- they charged 5k and made everything ready in 3 weeks. I140 approved in 3 days with PP.

i know non research people who went with Chen

In my case was exactly the opposite. Chen wanted me to pay and wait for "some citations". But a citation could take a year or more. Then John (from EP) accept my case promptly. Filled in five weeks. 15 publications, 72 citations.

Both Chen and Ellis Porter said no to me for NIW.

I want to share my experience with Ellis Porter. I tried  I-140 NIW  twice with them. The first time was during my PhD study and I got a denial in 2022. After I finished my PhD degree, I gave them another chance. But after 10 months, my second I-140 NIW got denied again. The denial notice says the materials my attorney submitted are insufficient to show that I have made success or progress in my field. It is very disappointing. Just a heads-up for anyone considering Ellis Porter.

What are the materials that your attorney provided? could you provide a list of those materials?

Hello. Has anyone had any experience with Colombo & Hurd? I've noticed that they have an impressive approval rate and receive great reviews on Google. However, their fees are considerably higher compared to others.
