PD June 2022. Waiting for medical rfe, first one is expired. As per new rule by uscis, we all have to go for biometric again to retake photo. photo validity is only for 3 years now. So 3+ months

that photo requirement is for new I485 only I think post a certain date.

I don’t think so this is applicable to us . I read the Dec 12 policy again , it mentions that this is applicable for benefits filed after the publication. date , which is Dec 12 2025.

My PD is in 2022 as well. Since we had submitted Medicals in 2022, expecting Medical RFE. Did you receive Medical RFE after Nov 2023?

No medical RFE or any correspondence/notification yet !

@spk is In that we case we can expect Medical RFE and then approval!

My medical submitted in August 2023…Not sure whether it would be considered more than 3 years based on PD or within based on medical result submitted ! Hope I needed not go through this Medical RFE/by then my GC gets processed 😎🙏
