Hi everyone,
I submitted my I-140 petition under the regular processing route on February 23, 2024. I received a Request for Evidence (RFE) and submitted the response on August 1, 2024. Since then, I have not received any further updates on my case.
I would appreciate any advice on whether it would be advisable to upgrade to premium processing at this stage or if it is better to wait a bit longer.

@m t I didn’t submit all documents in first time so they requested W2 and the employees and my information for my company overseas and my company in USA
