the part that doesn’t make any sense is that cases with later PD and RD get approved in the same field office, so there is no real queue i am guessing at UsCis

@Ashley M you are correct , they are not following any queue either on RD or PD I See people who received GC IN less than 3 months with PD 2020 in recent times

@jim camp Might be worth checking congressman or maybe outside processing time? Is your case at a field office?

@Kevin 123 @Ashley M I agree they don’t go by PD as long as it is current. Frustrating I know. Just waiting and if it is beyond reasonable time then trying congressman helps. Last resort is mandamus which usually does the trick.

filed mid Jan, transfered to NYC FO last month. looks like we are in for a long wait at this FO.
