EB1-A green holder family immigration (Spouse & Childern)
Hi everyone,
I am an EB1 A green card holder. My I 140 was approved in March 2023, and my I 485 adjustment of status was approved in September 2023.
When I filed my I 140 and I 485, I included my spouse and five children as my derivative beneficiaries. However, they were living outside the United States and did not file separate I 485 applications.
I would now like to bring my spouse and children to the United States through the appropriate follow to join or consular processing process.
Could anyone who has been through a similar situation please guide me on which application or petition I should file with USCIS to initiate the process? I am particularly interested in knowing whether Form I 824 is required in this situation and what the next steps would be after USCIS approval.
I would greatly appreciate any guidance from people who have successfully brought their EB1 A derivative beneficiaries to the U.S. after adjusting status.
