what’s your area of expertise in EB1A? Did you ever had case remains pending due visa being used up last month?

M B . research/scientist. don’t know if it was because of the unavailability the approval came in October. @priyanka g there is no interview for EB1 to my knowledge(it’s waived for that category)

amazing! i got my eb1-a with no rfe, but waited for 15 month and still waiting for approval of 485

@1A 1a, I am also research scientist/EB1A priority date 4/4/2022. patiently waiting for I-485. Hopefully this month they will decide after Case remains pending since Sept 6th. was your case at NBC all the time? which country of origin although it doesn’t matter EB1A has been always current for all countries. @M B your priority date is 4/4/2022. could you pls mention your filing date for I-485 just to have an idea how long it took for status change to ‘case remain pending’. My 485 filing is Aug 19, 2022; biometrics on sep22, 2022. no updates as of now (eb1-2).

@Priyanka did you submit medicals with i-485? Is your cases already transferred to nbc? i submitted i-485 without medicals on sept 16 and have biometrics on oct 14. They transferred my case from tsc to nbc last week

@Priyanka G, I filed I-485 on May 19th 2022. CRP was on sept 13th after my RFE was received by USCIS

Our systems do not currently have the capability to automatically update the receipt of a transfer of underlying basis request or Supplement J at this time. The message will be updated in Case Status Online, however, after USCIS takes some other action on the adjustment of status application (for example, issuing a request for evidence, transferring the application between offices, or approving the application).

@Pra Sa.. yes medicals concurrently submitted with I-485. case was with NBC from starting. no update so far. Thanks
