my case is EB1 too. I submitted everything together on Sep 2021 and my I485 was transferred to NBC one month ago. my I140 was approved in NSC as well with pp service. i wonder my case is slowlier than yours is it because my I 485 is not submitted directly to NBC?

@vg nn, exactly. it is much faster if you file I-140 and I-485 separately, it is well-known. also when submit I-485, include the I-693(medical exam) form, also save lots of time.

@vg nn, nope, once you’re okay to file 485, no country-based differences.
