congrats. my case has been in Texas since 8 months. is eb1 multinational manager case. No update and uscis processing timelines page is concerning based. we have a desperate situation in family due to death and unable to go. someone said in another post that Texas Is may be transferring cases to nbc and wondering if there is any official link that says it. mine was concurrently filled along with medical. need the ead and ap desperately. emma and agent dont reply well. they say based on timelines it’s still under their timelines

oh . my birth country is in India . I read in some online post that there are transferring to nbc but rate is 1000 per week unless your case is already pick up by agent , not sure about accuracy but one of google post gave this detail.
