my case is with NBC from start .. PD is 03/07/2022 .. I140 is approved earlier this month ... not sure , now how much time will it take?

Can we query anyone about 485 ? Is Emma is a option to check ? my 485 is pending for a while. I 140 approved in 1st week of May. . Is 485 priority date go by 140 date ? or based on its 485 submissions date ?
