Same here. Feb 21 i140 and i485 pending. Both of them just transferred to Nebraska. I thought they were transferring Nebraska and Texas cases to NBC. I don't understand anything.

for what I heard they’re transferring to NBC cases that have an I-140 approved, so they can be transferred again to a local office, and I guess the rest of us where just transferred to Nebraska since they seem to be a little bit faster than Texas.

it depends if it was the same officer who processed your i-140 process your i-485 (doesn't have to be processed by the same officer). that's what T2 told me last year. worst case scenario would then be 30 months in your example and it can happen

according to uscis letter the transfer is for “speed up processing” and uscis website says transfers wont affect our processing times. We also keep the same PD. I guess we now use NSC times as a reference.

did anybody else have their priority date go missing on the i140 transfer notice? i got my transfer notices for both i140 and i485 and noted that only the i485 has the date filled in the priority date box (same as original receipt of March/2021). my original receipt has a PD but it’s become blank on the i140 transfer notice. has anybody else had the same issue?!?? is my priority date for i140 now the new notice date?!?!

I just checked the Nebraska processing times and now it's much higher than Texas for I140... not sure why the case was transferred...

@Cami ab what category is your green card? I just checked and for NIW Texas is taking 18.5 months and Nebraska 15 months

I am starting getting scared thinking that src cases transferred to Nebraska will be forgotten after i140 is approved. Bcs I don't see any src with i140 approved at Nebraska with any update after.

Exactly the same for me Sam. EAD about 3 weeks ago an transferred to NSC two months ago. Still nothing on my I-140.

Nebraska is following PD for all the cases. Right now they are 15 months for i140 so I won't expect to be approved if PD is June 2021 or later.

Hello Sam! My I-140 was approved last week and I am now waiting on USCIS issuing an RFE for medicals. My AP stayed in Texas and still no approval. I’m not sure if, given the fact my I-140 was approved, they will not issue the AP but make me wait for the GC.
