where did your 485 transferred to? my 485 NIW based was transfered from NBC to Ft Meyer field office on July 20th as well.

Wow, same here. Our 140 approved on May 20. I am the primary applicant but they just transferred my husband’s i485 on July 17th, but mine was not transferred. Do you know why?

It is weird. I don’t know why. I called them and they said that this happens, ☹️ There is another post that some people got 4 months gap between the couple. I hope they approve ours as soon 🙌

I’m EB2-NIW and I got one tip for all of you, check your mail every day if possible sign in to USPS “Informed Delivery” to check what mail is arriving next day to your address. Why? my I-485 got transferred from TSC to NBC on March 17th and last Friday I received by mail a notice for my Medicals and interview in the next 28 days, despite my status online which still shows “Case was transferred …..“ good luck 🍀

Thanks Javier. I have already has informed delivered option for USPS bcs some years ago they lost my husband’s EAD. They never delivered it but they said they did it. He was forced to reaply.

Ana, not at the same time. 🥺 His case is pending. I heard they will start to approve after October 1st, and there’s no more EB for this financial year. I got my card on September 2nd and no news on his case.

Yes, they told that too when asking today to Emma. I hope they just start again giving visas on in Oct. Not sure why they say they don't have more for September. You were also tranferred to Kendall office?

Mine was transferred to Boston. My husband to San Antonio, TX.

They don't have more for September because they approved all the GCs for this financial year. Their find year starts on October 1st, so next week they will approve. 🙌
