Has anyone who filed on July this year approved ? I am eb 2 perm , row.. PD Dec 2022.
are the applications processed based on priority date or based on when it is filed?

its like winning a lottery, there are very recent filed cases getting approved (I saw one filed in August 2025 getting approved) whilst there are a lot of much older cases still stuck.

I filed Aug 2025 and still in process. I asked USCIS agent and said that they proceed applications based on filing date not priority date

i filed on 7/24/25. Received my EAD on Nov 19. On USCIS account my progress for I-485 was 9 months and then suddenly moved to 12 months. still waiting. PD was 10/11/23
