my EB1A file received date is Dec 3rd. Nebraska service center. still no update :( it's been more than 15 business days:(

@PM, M we are not sure if 24th is a business day or not! mine was received on Dec 12 and waiting. Guess Nebraska process them all on the 15th day!

today are they processing cases ?

@Mike Echo yes you are right. they process it on the 15th day :D

@Sam desh please update as soon as your status changes. I will do the same

yes for sure

just read on LinkedIn that Nebraska misses the deadline on PP cases and is now offering refunds for it

@Mike Echo yes I just saw that post. I think I should apply for refund too. this is not good :(

on 30 December it is gonna be 15 business calendar days let see what happens

that's right . wish you all the best

@Sam desh any update?

he has shared his entire tracking here. so if he gets any update his post will be auto updated

no update

@PM, M @Sam desh did you email the premium processing unit ?

attorney called USCIS and they told they will refund and that officer is assigned to the case. but just have to wait for them to process it

I did call USCIS they agreed on they missed deadline on PP. I didn’t ask for refund I was thinking I will wait for 2 more days and will ask for refund.

guys ! my attorney just informed me that the case got approved. it was email from the premium processing unit Nebraska. my case status hasn't changed Online date of Filing - 12/12/2024 ; Date of Approval - 01/01/2025 ; Happy New Year 😍

congratulations MIke best New Year gift

@Mike Echo Did your lawyer have to call them? or did they approve automatically?

they did approve automatically

@Mike Echo congratulations!!!

@Mike Echo, congratulations and do you mind sharing your block? was this your 15th day?

IOE-09-290 as per my calculation 31st Dec was 13th day. Jan 3rd should have been 15th. the approval email came on Jan 1st 7.30 AM CT.

If your PP date is 12/12 then Dec 31 was your 12th day (24th and 25th considered federal holidays) did you consider 24th as a business day?
