Yes. I request an expedite 1st week of September due to financial hardship and humanitarian reason. They also sent a Medical reminder so I did sent my Medical result this wk. My application is EB3-1 I'm a nurse.

I am also a nurse, my case is also at Nebraska and I expedited due to financial hardship and humanitarian reason twice. first time rejected immediately. second time was through my congressman and I received a medical reminder shortly after. They updated to "card was picked up by USPS with tracking number.

update on my case (I also applied same time as Mimi) my I-140 was approved yesterday (regular processing, not premium) also nebraska service center

same here. i tried to ask emma but they said they can't tell if when it will be applied. they only refer me to tier 2 agents and wait for their call for 30 days.

I just want to let you know that someone called me from the office of the Senator from our state that they are the reason why my EAD was given to me. They confirm if I receive my card. I thought it was put into drain by the Senator but No, he didn't get back to me but they push USCIS to generate my EAD ASAP. hope this helps.
