thank you both. @Rebecca, yes is for pending i-485, under EB2-NIW, my PD for that is 3/24/2020, still pending.

I am in a pending eb2niw as well… June 2020. still pending. did you receive any rfe?

I submitted my renewal request on February 4th 2021 - hope I get mine soon, currently on unpaid leave.

I am hopeful for all of the you as well. to be honest this was a big surprise, I did not expect it to be approved before February. we are still waiting for my husband’s one, which was filed a month later (he has a different expiration) and we are really hoping we get his renewal before expiration as our healt insurance and even housing is connected to his job. so although a big positive surprise is only half of the story

@P G Congratulations! I am also in eb2 niw. my stem OPT EAD will expire on next month and I'm the breadwinner for my family. I have already submitted EAD expedite request under AOS. what kind of documents did you provide for expedite your EAD?

@p palle I submitted a letter from my company stating the amount of $ loss my work interruption would cause and other things like that. but I wasn’t successful with the expedite.

I also did the same PG and it was pretty substantial response, contract negotiations etc. - the response I got was that it was not ‘emergent in nature’ - even though the standards ask to show severe financial loss, not an emergency.
