sorry i didnt u derstand your case.can u please tell me only if you dont mind.you got ead renewal or you got ead today.As it shows you applied on nov 3 2020 and u got ead renewal....confusing...sorry i applied for my ead renewal (gc based ead) ,now looking at your timeline it worries me

my case is marriage based...it is based on a pending I485(Oct 2019 filer) got my first EAD April 2020, applied to renew my EAD on November 13, 2020, had my I485 interview in March 2021. my first EAD expired on April 23, 2021 and my 180 days extension expired Oct 23, 2021 and to God be the glory my EAD renewal was approved on Oct 23, 2021! hopefully in a week or two I should receive the card. hopefully this explanation helps

@Ohio I did renew as well almost a month now I did it 2 weeks before my first ead expired and I have not heard fr th am now on my 180 which expired in April 22 can u plz tell me how long it took u to hear bk fr them

I applied to renew in November 2020, got my receipt about 3 weeks later and heard back in June/July 2021 for biometrics... almost 9 months

wow #Ohio it took u 9 months to get a receipt from them? did they give u 1 years the first time n if yes the new 1 is the same 1 year

took me 3 weeks to get a receipt after application but about 9 months for biometrics... the first time was one year EAD, this new one is two years

@Ohio so did u take the receipt to ur job so u could continue working because I don't know what to do what if I don't get a reply fr them before the 180 days it's more than 3 week now n still have not hear anything my job keep me on because I had the 180 days

yes I gave the receipt to my job and they extended my I9 by 180 days... if it is past one month and you have not heard anything or received a receipt, call USCIS to enquire why you haven’t received a receipt and to ensure you sent your application to the right place

@Ohio I did call then yesterday and they told me u have to write them a letter and I believe ur cade is different from my tho because I did not have 19 day I Automatically got 180 days my case is vawa so the agent can't give out information on it my ead is a c31
