same thing happened to me I called like 4 times on the third and fourth I got nice agents, on the third call he put me on hold and searched finding my application at tge Nebraska and he gave me the receipt number and gave me an email address to request a copy of the receipt. I did the request but still nothing yet

same here..but the agent told me they don't have access to anything that is vawa related. I was told to email lockboxsupport but they sent an email saying that they will not reply back if the case is related to visau… or vawa so I guess I have to trust God and my attorney.
