EAD renewal
Dear Sir/Madam,
I may ask about how long does the EAD renewal gonna take? Because I now have problems about my driver license and my wife already expired and we went to DMV but they said Can’t renew the driver license because our EAD already expired, I tried to show them our USCIS’s EAD receipt and withdraw the money to DMV but they still say no!!! so how we gonna drive our children to school and see doctor? please please give me any way to solve these no there’s no way. (only wait for our new EAD) because we already submitted our Application for EAD since October 2021 until now, we got nothing update from USCIS.

in NYC you can renew it online buddy no need to go to the DMV ,

try the AB60 driving license they don't need anything just the proof of address and IDs

Jonadith, Do you mean i just go to DMV and ask to switch my license now to AB 60 license? and do I have to re do my permit test and drive test?

go back to the dmv ask to get a extension on your license I get extension on my license all the time maybe they give it to you right then are maybe they give you a SAVE paper if you don't know what save is it's only that dmv have to get identify by uscis after uscis verify dmv will call you to come in and give you a 6 months extension for $50 just try it don't ask for renewal ask for extension
